Fawkes Festival funds a limited number of Free Carer Tickets which will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis, subject to availability. You can select these at the time of booking and upload the necessary evidence to support your claim of a free ticket as part of the booking process. Examples of evidence include, but are not exclusive to: Attendance Allowance Letter, Carers' Allowance Letter of Award or Carer's Card. Please ensure you have these to hand before you start the booking process.

More information about Fawkes Festival tickets

As part of the booking process and to complete your order you must tell us how you intend to travel to Fawkes Festival.

If you are travelling by car to the event, it is important that you pre-purchase your car pass. Tickets will be checked upon arrival and if you are travelling by car and do not have a car pass your tickets may be void. If you select a blue badge car pass – our parking stewards will require you to display this in your windscreen to be directed to our dedicated blue badge area.

For those coming by public transport, there will be a dedicated drop off and collection point for taxis, drop-offs and pick-ups – please check our website.

 There will also be a dedicated Fawkes Festival Lothian Bus (Service 98) travelling to and from Edinburgh city centre to get you to and from Fawkes Festival hassle-free. More information on timetables will be published closer to the event. Service 98 starts in Edinburgh City Centre from George Street (outside Assembly Rooms) and serves Shandwick Place (stop SD), Haymarket Station (stop HH) then all stops along the A8 through Roseburn, Murrayfield, Corstorphine and Maybury.
